the team. the front desk team were friendly. Rogelyn greeted me every morning at breakfast with such warmth. Joshua kindly helped me reheat food at the hotel kitchen in the evenings.

the staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival they were very helpful throughout my stay the family room included individual beds for teenagers and a large bed for adults fresh linens and soft pillows were provided the bathroom featured marble finishes and a walk-in shower

the breakfast buffet had limited options some items ran out before the scheduled end time

the front desk staff offered continuous smiles and greetings jose walter and adelina ensured guests were well-fed the staff provided assistance with reheating food in the hotel kitchen in the evenings they also offered recommendations for local dining.

the hotel is within walking distance of main tourist attractions it is close to a metro stop and the main train station its central position makes sightseeing very convenient i found many points of interest within easy reach.
