fabulous facilities, delicious buffet

the housekeeping staff are wonderfully friendly and do an excellent job. breakfast and dinner buffets are diverse and so delicious. the pools only for hotel guests were lovely. the cocktail bar by the outdoor pool was great too.

i had a couple of issues with my room. there was no shampoo, i had lumpy pillows and the bathroom floor heating was full on. these issues were dealt with quickly once i told them.

we booked the premium double room mountain view. the breakfast amazed me. it had everything i needed. the spa was really nice. i was here for three nights and i had such a great time!

no hair conditioner and shampoo i found very dry so if you need take one from home.

Mixed Experience at This Hotel

terrible pillowsno coffee

I found several issues . The pillows provided were terrible. They were very soft, offering no real support, and made sleeping uncomfortable. I was disappointed that there were no coffee or tea facilities available in the room. This is something I certainly expect. Fresh robes were not provided after the old ones were taken. This forced me to cancel my evening spa visit.
