the staff were very attentive to customer needs. they ensured i received my order promptly! the location of the hotel is convenient. i also found the food to be quite tasty.

At check-in, the receptionist mentioned a refurbishment on floor 3. she assured me the noise would be minimal, but it was actually very loud. we could hear drilling and banging. It stopped at 6pm, but it was disruptive during the day. sleep quality was poor because of people in the corridors.

bala in southern spice gave us the most amazing service! he was super attentive. i felt so full and happy after eating prawn curry and appam, those were total flavor explosions. i loved everything!

the gym could use a couple more weight machines.

the breakfast service was very attentive, and the staff seemed genuinely glad to help! a dayalan, the sous chef, was particularly helpful. the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable.

i requested a room for two days using amex vouchers, but i faced some issues. the reservations team did not send a confirmation email promptly. taj club benefits were not explained at check-in, and evening snacks were missed.
