excellent stay overall!

professional staffcreative towel

the staff at reception were very professional. mr osama helped ensure everything ran smoothly. the cleaning staff surprised us daily with creative towel art. breakfast was provided as a packed lunch on days we left the hotel for excursions.

the food was acceptable though not particularly nice.

Our room felt quite outdated. The furniture looked worn. i found the walls were marked, and the door lock wasn't working properly, so they added a chain lock instead. this gave me a sense of insecurity

the staff was very helpful , but i did not find this consistent throughout my stay.

the food options were repetitive , and i found the main restaurant to be quite unclean , leaving me concerned about hygiene. the dining area felt more like a messy canteen than a pleasant dining space. i expected better quality for the price i paid.

a very positive experience!

fresh fruitsdiverse cuisinedelicious dessert

i was so happy with my stay. the food was diverse and delicious! breakfast offered both egyptian and international choices with fresh fruits. dinner featured different cuisines each night including italian, middle eastern, indian, and seafood! i especially loved the egyptian restaurant, their om ali dessert was the best i ever tasted.

the bar closed a little early, but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel is situated in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions! taxis are readily available for short trips to el gouna and senzo mall. the resort's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

the staff were nice and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs! mr osama from the reception was always present and very helpful. maria from guest relations was also consistently available. everyone seemed genuinely committed to making our stay better.

The staff was attentive. Mr Mahmoud Sultan made sure my needs were met daily. The resort has a great location next to the sea. I enjoyed the water slides and the very clean swimming pools.

The gym was not fully set up. Some equipment was missing . I was disappointed by this.

The all-inclusive package included delicious food and drinks throughout the day. The chefs were awesome and prepared a good variety. I especially liked the options at the buffet.

The reception team was amazing. I felt cared for and welcomed from arrival. Mahmoud Sultan ensured everything was perfect and always asked if i needed anything.
