The hotel boasts BEAUTIFUL gardens. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. The verandah was my favorite spot to relax. It had comfortable seating. I especially liked the attentive service and politeness I received from all the staff, it was Really good!

The beach area seemed a little crowded. It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I also found it difficult to get clear directions there. A map would have been helpful!

the pool staff were attentive, and the drinks plentiful. i enjoyed the daily aqua gym, a fun way to start the mornings. the animation team was constantly available, offering assistance and engaging with guests. the restaurant staff also showed great care.. i felt welcome.

The music from neighboring hotels was quite audible. I found no quiet areas.

the pool was nice i guess. at least it existed. so thats okay

this hotel was not what i expected and i am annoyed. the room they gave me was a superior queen or twin garden view but it was so far from anything. it took forever to walk to dinner and the worst part was, they didnt even give me a proper coffee maker in the room. just instant coffee, offensive at this price point.

The hotel is very close to the sea. The entertainment team was kind and really good. I liked the fact the hotel has snorkeling equipment available to use, it was a bonus.

Some parts of the room looked a little tired and could use some updating. I did notice a few frayed towels .

The staff members were attentive and helpful, especially the entertainment team that ensured everyone felt welcome. I found the service at the Vanilla bar to be quick. Mahmoud Mosad were great every day to see that we had everything we could want.

The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to the beach. This section of beach adjacent to the Captains bar had very good access and shoes were not really required to access the reef. It is just a short walk to the beach.
