The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was very clean and quite spacious. An underground parking lot located just outside the hotel added great convenience. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
I found that the television reception in my room was somewhat poor.

Staff are very helpful. I liked that they say good morning every day and are ready to assist. Breakfast staff was also great. Room cleaning can be done daily or you can get a drink voucher per day you skip. The temperature in the room was perfect and the room was great value.
I found it odd that the shower room had no door! It was also unfortunate that washcloths were not offered. Those things aside, my stay was excellent.

The hotel had a perfect location near the Altmarkt. It was right on the main square. This allowed me to have easy access to attractions and events in the area.
