The location was certainly convenient for seeing local attractions.
I did notice some problems. The shower over the bath was quite hard to get in and out of. It felt unsafe. the view from my window was of an office building. I had to keep the curtains closed to have privacy.

location was ace! it was easy to walk to the main sights. the room was neat and they supplied tea and coffee. the hotel parking had direct access, i liked that. the bar was also nice. it was a good visit.
the breakfast was chaotic and a bit cramped, i see, there was a queue for the buffet and the food was sometimes late being refilled. it was not relaxing!

the hotel location is AMAZING it is close to the main tram lines and tourist areas. staff are friendly always smiling and offering a helping hand. the room i stayed in WAS pretty nice. i REALLY appreciated the convenient access to everything.
my bed linens HAD an old blood stain on them i hope this issue is resolved soon. it IS important to maintain cleanliness.

I find location great with Altmarkt Christmas Market so close. Friendly staff offered refreshments upon check in and map to navigate city. The room was clean with everything needed for my stay.
Pillows werent good, breakfast not as fine. I liked it at the hotel at Dortmund better.
