Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects

The room was comfortable, mainly due to the in-room tea and coffee service.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, sadly. I noticed dust on the closet shelves and cobwebs in the corners. This was quite disappointing. Housekeeping seemed to only make the bed and replace towels. They didn't tidy up the bathroom or straighten the curtains.

the location was great near transportation options i found a bus and tram stop only a minute away the staff was helpful especially helena at the reception our room was cozy it had all necessary toiletries and a coffee machine i really appreciated the gluten-free pastries i requested for breakfast

i noticed the bathroom amenities like shampoo and gels seemed a bit old they unfortunately weren't replenished during the daily cleaning

The staff was acceptable. They did their job.

The room i booked, a 'beautiful double room', wasn't what i expected. It was quite small and felt cramped, especially for two people. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom, it smelled musty, quite off-putting. the tv remote didn't work properly and the channels kept switching randomly.

The check-in process was swift. I got to room 12, and it features a spacious layout. The bathroom has a walk-in wardrobe, very nice.

The television in the room was an older model, also it was rather small. It did not have chromecast either.
