Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects

dust on shelves cobwebs in corners

The room was comfortable, mainly due to the in-room tea and coffee service.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, sadly. I noticed dust on the closet shelves and cobwebs in the corners. This was quite disappointing. Housekeeping seemed to only make the bed and replace towels. They didn't tidy up the bathroom or straighten the curtains.

I appreciated the excellent breakfast selection with many options. The room had air conditioning and that worked well during warmer days. The staff offered helpful support with bookings and answered all my questions quickly.

The wardrobe was detached from the main room and required stepping up to access.

great location helpful staff necessary toiletries

the location was great near transportation options i found a bus and tram stop only a minute away the staff was helpful especially helena at the reception our room was cozy it had all necessary toiletries and a coffee machine i really appreciated the gluten-free pastries i requested for breakfast

i noticed the bathroom amenities like shampoo and gels seemed a bit old they unfortunately weren't replenished during the daily cleaning

some issues encountered

small room musty smell

The staff was acceptable. They did their job.

The room i booked, a 'beautiful double room', wasn't what i expected. It was quite small and felt cramped, especially for two people. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom, it smelled musty, quite off-putting. the tv remote didn't work properly and the channels kept switching randomly.

The check-in process was swift. I got to room 12, and it features a spacious layout. The bathroom has a walk-in wardrobe, very nice.

The television in the room was an older model, also it was rather small. It did not have chromecast either.

the LOCATION was central to many attractions and restaurants. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries daily. the room i occupied featured a spacious layout with ample storage.

the television in the room was slightly small.
