Really good Stay with Amazing Amenities!

excellent amenities great customer service hotel gym

I found excellent amenities, some of which were totally unexpected. The staff provided great customer service always available. The hotel gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section ensuring relaxation

The mall connected to the hotel appears partially unoccupied currently.

Every staff member I encountered displayed very nice kindness and professionalism and attentiveness. The concierge team was so nice and fulfilled our request. I want to commend their thoughtful care .

This location provides direct access to the beach which is very convenient. It is very close to restaurants which offer different choices. The subway station is only a ten minute walk which makes commuting so easy

I confirm the fitness area includes sauna hot baths and a steam room. The infinity pool offered great relaxation opportunity. The room soundproofing created a peaceful quiet ambience.

Really good Stay, Attention to Detail!

staff assistance signature tea snack happy hour

This hotel was pretty good. The staff assisted with paying via Apple Pay. They also allowed a cash advance using Apple Pay, very helpful. The welcome signature tea with rosemary was a delight! The daily champagne and snack happy hour allowed relaxation before dinner.

The in-room Nespresso machine was broken. I asked for feather-free bedding, but this was ignored. Instead of assistance at the lounge I was told I would be contacted later because it was full.
