the grounds were beautiful. the STAFF were very friendly and always willing to help.
the pool seating area is too small for the size of the pool though some people cannot get beds.

The on-site restaurant featured live music each evening. I found this fantastic for relaxation after climbing nearby attractions. Staff sent us off with small lunch bags and water. This was a lovely gesture. The room had a comfortable balance between jungle elements and cleanliness.
The hotel is about a 20-minute drive to a key attraction.

This resort is amazing. the gym is fully equipped, I saw multiple treadmills, several stationary bikes, and a complete set of weights. the main pool is large. I counted over twenty loungers around the area and I really loved the shaded spots! I also loved that the hotel provided packed lunches for our departure, super kind!
My only real issue was the lack of evening social space. The lounge only seats maybe 15 people. with so many guests, it felt a bit inadequate. I would have loved a bigger area to chat with fellow travelers!

This place is fantastic! there's a well-equipped gym for workout enthusiasts and a large pool area, perfect to cool off after sightseeing. I even saw monkeys visiting! the resort also provides buggy service around the grounds.

the hotel includes a restaurant team that provides excellent food and service, the crab curry and lamprais were highlights. the breakfast buffet is also good with lots of choice and the staff were very kind and gave me lunch packs!

the location is very calm and peaceful and it offers easy access to nearby attractions! the front office arranged a tuk-tuk for visiting the rock fortress and that was super helpful. there are wonderful cultural sites to explore nearby.

I enjoyed the large pool. The food options at the buffet were extensive. Staff provided prompt service and readily addressed my requests.
The room required updates and showed signs of wear. I found the shower room's mosquito net ineffective at keeping insects out. Hotel-organized transfers were more expensive than local alternatives I researched.

The sounds of nature surrounded me making the stay feel immersive. Staff were very friendly and provided a packed breakfast. A South Asian Ayurveda treatment at the spa is highly recommended. I enjoyed the classical bridge bar and the pool.
The location is a bit remote needing a short drive to nearby attractions.

mosquito netlanguage barrier
The room was a bit worn. The mosquito net door to the shower room had holes and did not close well. Some animals and insects got into the room because of this. Getting smaller bills was difficult and I'm not sure if the language barrier played a part.
