I especially appreciated the housekeeping team, Ravindra, Lakmal, Uditha, and Dilshan. They were very cute. I enjoyed everything from the food to the accommodation. This was my second visit in two years.
I noticed some design defects. The walkways from the guest rooms to the dining room can be too steep. It could be hard for the elderly. There was no provision for heating the room.

The location was amazing , perched high with views that stretched forever. the staff were super friendly and always ready for a chat , showing genuine care. i especially appreciated that they remembered our favorite table for breakfast on the last day , a small detail that felt very personalized. the food was also amazing. It was a standout experience.
the hotel seemed to have an understanding with local taxis , leading to inflated prices.

the hotel featured an infinity pool overlooking the mountains , complete with twenty loungers. the on-site spa offered a range of treatments. the gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes , and a selection of free weights.

The location sits beautifully in the hills. All staff were very attentive. The chefs are excellent and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The air conditioning is not properly maintained. It is out of the control in the rooms. Sleeping without air-conditioning is also not a very pleasant option!

I found the staff friendly and accommodating . I appreciated the prompt service. The breakfast buffet featured plentiful choices and fresh ingredients, everything was quite tasty. The views from the pool area were amazing, a TRUE visual treat.
The access road is a bit steep, SOME guests might find it challenging.

The outdoor infinity pool offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. There IS a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills and weight machines for guest use. The hotel features a spacious terrace area for relaxation.

My Beautiful Double room featured a spacious layout with a comfortable king-size bed and seating area. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. EVERYTHING felt very luxurious. A private balcony provided excellent mountain views.

The restaurant served a wide selection of local and international dishes. I found it quite varied. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs, VERY delicious. Dinner featured a buffet with multiple options.
