the breakfast buffet had so many options and everything tasted delicious. the pool was super clean and perfect for a relaxing swim. i even saw some monkeys playing nearby, so cute!
the ac in my initial room wasn't working properly, and it took a while to get it fixed. the bathroom fixtures looked old, and i noticed some stains. also the gym equipment was outdated, i noticed some mold.

Really good stay in dambulla

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is surrounded by greenery providing a good escape from city life. I found the bed comfortable and the shower quite spacious. The hotel grounds are immaculate and the staff were friendly and did everything to.
The electricity fell out one night. A big emergency light turned on in the rooms. It happened in the middle of the night and woke up the whole family.

The staff are attentive. They provided prompt drink service at the restaurant. The manager checked to ensure satisfaction at check-out. This was a nice touch. Staff were really nice too.

The setting is scenic near the jungle with peacocks roaming the grounds. Monkeys are also around. The hotel is well situated for all the sites, and the atmosphere is calm. It provides a good escape from city life.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive and offered a fabulous selection. The food was AMAZING!!! The executive chef took time to check if I was happy with the food. Waiting staff provided great service.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, offering plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was quite spacious. There was a range of toiletries including a shaving kit and toothbrushes.
