The staff displayed warmth and attentiveness making me feel like family. Isha's genuine care and kindness, especially entertaining my little one. It was a good experience for us all. The facilities are great, with meticulous care evident in every detail.

The entrance to the beach was somewhat difficult to access. You have to cross over a makeshift bridge to reach the other side of the water that collects in a dip of sand. The hotel should improve this.

The staff was very sweet. Asha and Kenny from front desk assisted with every request. Food in the inroom dining and restaurant was excellent. The chef provided excellent service. The F&B service provided quick service even during busy breakfast hours.

I observed the pool was very small and seemed bit crowded.

the staff was very helpful. the beach access directly from the hotel was convenient. the food was good and budget-friendly. the room was near the beach and very clean. i loved how peaceful and calm the environment was, especially for families.

the warm water was not very reliable.

I stayed for a few days and i must say, it was awesome. the rooms were very clean and well kept. the staff was always ready to help with a smile. i liked the direct beach access. It made enjoying the beach super easy and convenient. the food was amazing!!!

The gym across the road was a bit small. I wished it had more equipment.
