the setting near the lake provided very nice views and a peaceful ambiance. the team were great, addressing every need promptly. pupudu's really good service. the pool bar and room service staff were consistently courteous and efficient.

the road to the location proved somewhat tricky to navigate initially.

i had such an very nice time there the lake suite was amazing the infinity pool was amazing i loved how helpful all the staff were they made my stay perfect i really reminded me of i could escape and disconnect everything was super clean and well-kept they have really thought of everything for a relaxing stay the whole place had such a tranquil feel i really enjoyed the 2-hour boat ride on the lake it was lovely i want to come back soon

the road to the hotel was a bit tricky i had some difficulties finding it at first but it was so worth it in the end
