The hotel room had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature. i appreciated the reliable room service. ayse cleaned my room, and she was really good. Her work was thorough and consistent.

One day, i found marks on the towel after the bedsheets were changed. The towel was not clean. cleanliness is very important to me when i pay for a good hotel. the hotel should ensure better hygiene standards.
