Mixed experience. Some issues noted

the breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning.
the air conditioning did not work well in my room i had to call the front desk multiple times to get someone to look at it. they eventually sent someone but it took a long time and was quite disruptive. the room cleanliness was also lacking the floors did not appear to have been properly cleaned and there was dust in several areas.

The room was not cleaned well. i found the window and bathroom door to be dirty. I had to tell the reception about that.

A Truly Wonderful Experience!

This hotel has a great location near public transport. The staff were always professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. Breakfast was fresh with a vast variety of delicious food!!!
I found that the lobby and hotel corridors lacked proper air conditioning. This, not very comfortable. I think better climate control in these spaces would greatly improve the overall experience.

The hotel features a temperature-controlled pool and a well-equipped gym that elevates your stay. I found those to be amazing. It also offers a steam room, sauna, and Hamam, providing extensive relaxation options after a long day exploring. The gym has up-to-date equipment for cardio and strength training.

Our room was very spacious, and the bedding exuded luxury. I found the bed comfortable. The room was super clean, and attention to detail was evident. The bathroom had modern fixtures, and the layout was very functional, providing ample space for getting ready.

I found the staff to be very friendly and warm, especially the front desk and restaurant staff. the gym was functional and well-equipped. My kids particularly loved the swimming pool, it was a highlight for them.
The air conditioning did not work properly in the bedrooms, a real problem. i had to call the front desk late at night, and it took a while for someone to address the issue. It disrupted our sleep.

Superb Hotel with Excellent Amenities!
