A Romantic Getaway!

The hotel was astonishing! Everything was clean and shining. The employees were friendly and helpful, especially with ordering taxis. I can certainly recommend this hotel. I felt completely safe and cared for, it was an amazing, idealistic time.

The traffic noise was noticeable from my room even on the 12th floor.

The fitness facilities met my expectations. I found them adequate for a basic workout.

I had issues with cleanliness, they did not clean the surfaces in the room well, including the bathroom. shampoo and shower gel refills were missed. the service was not great either. I had to call for robes that should already have been provided for two guests.

the minibar was filled, a rare treat. i ordered pasta arrabiata and lentil soup from room service and they tasted nice. the manager on duty upgraded my room, which i think was very lovely. the luggage porter was also very sweet and helpful.

the air conditioner made a bit noise, but it wasn't so much loud.

the hotel was clean and well kept (i noticed this immediately). the staff was very helpful and arranged taxis quickly when i needed them. i appreciated the friendliness of everyone there.

The noise from traffic was noticeable even on a higher floor. It started early in the morning.
