historical charm and really good service!

I was grateful for my stay. the location was amazing! i easily walked to the basilica cistern, the blue mosque, hagia sophia, and the palace. the staff provided 5-star customer service. They assisted with my luggage and always asked if i needed anything. the ambient lighting in my room helped me to relax.
the only minor issue i had was with the bed. i found the bed to be a bit too firm for my preference. it was not the end of the world.

the architecture is AMAZING!!! the restaurant presents a luxury background that is not just famous among locals, but also known to foreigners. people visit during both the daytime and nighttime to enjoy the luxury background.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly, giving some great advice about getting around. one receptionist provided tips. This helped me navigate . i received assistance from all staff, who were always smiling.

The room had a PERFECT location in the city.
The noise from the restaurant was AWFUL. The techno music was at disco volume and went on late into the night. I had to change my superior double room for a smaller, quieter one because of this.

Fantastic location and friendly service

I found the design of the hotel superb it combines historical features with modern technologies. It retains a special charm. The staff are polite. They are also appealing. I appreciated the central location right in the heart of the historic town.
I noticed a minor issue . The breakfast lacked variety. It repeats the same options every day. I think adding more choices would improve the experience.

The front of house team are magnificent. They are a huge asset to the hotel. Staff were friendly. They remained professional at all times. I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay.

The location was excellent. The breakfast service offered a delicious Turkish breakfast with various options. Including eggs, cheese, bread, and tea. Unlimited tea was available. A fantastic service.
The rooms smelled badly from the wall. It caused allergies on my skin. The staff changed my room once. But it was very noisy from the ducts.
