The staff were friendly and helpful. Kazban, our housekeeper, was especially attentive. The room was clean and a great size. I noticed attention to details such as the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the coffee machine.

The prices for food were SUPER expensive.

the front desk staff lacked warmth i felt their service was subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber also the bed in my room was not comfortable at all it caused neck pain i requested different pillows but my request could not be met , made sleep difficult

the room was clean and well kept. the gym had multiple treadmills and a variety of weight-training machines (i saw at least 5). breakfast was great with a lot of choices, especially for those with dietary restrictions. i found gluten-free options clearly labeled.

the air conditioning in the hallways seemed less effective than in the rooms.
