helpful staff great room coffee machine

The staff were friendly and helpful. Kazban, our housekeeper, was especially attentive. The room was clean and a great size. I noticed attention to details such as the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the coffee machine.

The prices for food were SUPER expensive.

the gym was nice with good equipment

the front desk staff lacked warmth i felt their service was subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber also the bed in my room was not comfortable at all it caused neck pain i requested different pillows but my request could not be met , made sleep difficult

clean rooms and good breakfast

clean room weight-training machines gluten-free options clear labels

the room was clean and well-kept. the gym had multiple treadmills and a variety of weight-training machines (i saw at least 5). breakfast was great with a lot of choices, especially for those with dietary restrictions. i found gluten-free options clearly labeled.

the air conditioning in the hallways seemed less effective than in the rooms.

the room had a king-sized bed with plush bedding. a separate seating area included a sofa and a coffee table. the bathroom contained both a shower and a bathtub (this was very useful).

the staff at reception was helpful with directions and local information. the breakfast staff kept the buffet area clean and well-stocked. the cleaning service was consistent (they really kept up with everything).
