solid stay, needs minor tweaks
friendly staff clean room valet parking
I felt comfortable at the hotel. the staff members were friendly and provided quick assistance. my room was clean. i also enjoyed the easy access to various shops and restaurants nearby. the valet parking service was very helpful. It saved me a lot of time.
the minibar in my room was empty. i expected it to be stocked, especially given the hotel rating. this was inconvenient, and i had to go out to find refreshments.

the room included comfortable beds and a television with international channels. the air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room at a consistent temperature. the bathroom had basic toiletries, but additional amenities were available upon request.

charming smile housekeeping service missing sign morning noise
the front desk staff were very friendly. nasim always welcomed me with a charming smile (it made my day!). the daily housekeeping service was precise.
there was no "do not disturb" sign. it caused cleaners to wake me up every morning. the noise at night was disturbing.
