sweet stafffree shuttle

the staff was super SWEET and helpful. the hotel was perfectly clean all the time and SUCH a cool spot. a free shuttle bus provides SUPERIOR accessibility.

the pool was cold, even though it was a hot day.

This haven just felt right, away from the city's noise. we relied on taxis and found little shops nearby, it was easy. the hotel decorated our room with such care. the staff offered help when needed. It was more than just service, they showed kindness.

the room i stayed was not ideal, especially sharing it. a single hook in the bathroom was not enough. the absence of a fan made the space less comfortable. the door had a noticeable gap.

slow shower drainair conditioner smell

I found a couple things a bit off. the shower drain was really slow, it never got fixed even after i called. also, the air conditioner had a weird smell. It made the room less comfortable. i think they should really look into these maintenance issues.

the staff was ever so thoughtful, ensuring i didn't leave anything behind at checkout. they helped coordinate luggage delivery directly to the airport, saving me a return trip. because of their diligent support, i, and i am very appreciative.

the shower equipment seemed a bit old, it could be updated for a more luxurious feel.

there are many places to eat nearby the location, a true benefit. the hotel provides a shuttle to the bts station every hour, a very useful service. this makes accessing public transport quite easy.
