The apartment was spacious with great air conditioning.. the wifi worked well too. the views of the pool were nice, with easy access. there was a good variety of food during all meal times. Even my kids found plenty of options. the pool area was fun for all of us with slides.
Sometimes i had to wait at reception for assistance, especially when ordering a taxi. A dedicated staff member for basic tasks would help.

the apartment was large and super clean. air conditioning was great plus there was good wifi. the pools and slides were fantastic and it was always easy to get at least two sun loungers even with a busy hotel (we really made the most of those slides!).
I sometimes had to wait at reception. It took a while to order a taxi when there was a check-in queue.

The hotel featured lovely pools, especially the slides for children. Guests really enjoyed this amenity. there were slides suitable for both adults and children, providing entertainment for all ages.

the staff members were very friendly and always ready to help guests (really appreciated it!). reception staff worked hard to accommodate requests, such as arranging taxis. their positive attitude really enhanced the vacation experience.

there was a good variety of food available at meal times (the kids always found something they liked). the buffet provided many options suiting different dietary needs. i found plenty of options to choose from.

the rooms were spacious plus they were very clean upon arrival. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a cool temperature. we had great views overlooking the pool, a bonus.

The pool area had slides that were great fun for us all the family. We always managed to get at least two sun loungers no matter how busy the hotel pool was. The hotel is clean overall.

The reception staff were very hard working polite and friendly that i noticed. They helped me with taxis. All the staff at the hotel were definitely five out of five.

It was a thirty minute walk to the beach that worked for us well. We did take taxis to the busiest area with bars and restaurants. Taxis were cheap at around ten euros each way something that helped our visit.

Galina at reception made my arrival smooth and stress free. She upgraded me to all inclusive and arranged taxis. The pool facilities were excellent and the staff at the pool bar were great. I enjoyed talking with Madison, Cristian and Juan. They really know how to.
I noticed the hotel no longer offers bike hires. The local bus route into the center was also unavailable. This made the walk into town quite long.

Staff members were polite and helpful. They tried to resolve my issues. Receptionist was good to replace the TV, after I have reported the issue. Reception staff are quick to solve problems.

The hotel provided easy access to the pool. A walk to the beach took about thirty minutes. Taxis to the plaza cost around €10 each way. Radio taxis is across the road from the plaza.

check in was fast because we got there early.
old women at reception seemed unfriendly. i had key problems for a week, it only got fixed when i really could not open the door. there were ants on the balkon and bird droppings everywhere. the toilet and safe were broken too.

I appreciated the spacious apartment. It featured great air conditioning and strong WiFi. The pool area was really good. It accommodated both adults and children well.
Sometimes there were queues at reception. Ordering a taxi to town occasionally took a while.
