The location was fine. It was easy enough to walk around the cbd. staff seemed friendly.

the check-in process was quick and easy. i received a complimentary upgrade, a good surprise! the premier king room was well-appointed. i particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, it had separate shower and bath.
i did find the limited selection of tv channels somewhat disappointing, the channels were too few. it was a small issue though.

the location is ideal, especially for business travelers. it is very close to the central business district. access to public transportation is convenient, so navigating the area is straightforward.

The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast provided a great start to the day. I especially appreciated the early check-in I received after my long flight. It was very convenient that the hotel is within easy walking distance to the harbor.

the room was beautifully clean with good decor and plenty of space. the staff were fantastic and inviting, . i enjoyed a cheeseboard alongside some delicious cocktails, a lovely treat. it was a nice hotel experience.
the tap beer was served in a small glass, not a pint! the quality of the beer did not match the cost either. i would have preferred a full pint at a more reasonable price.

the premier queen room included a smart tv with streaming options! the room also had a nespresso machine with capsules. a mini bar with many choices and that was really nice. heated towel racks were available.
