efficient welcomeovercooked steakslow service

the welcome at reception was efficient. the room was large.

The food in the hotel restaurant was disappointing. My steak was overcooked. the service felt slow, and i had to ask twice for water. the lack of a minibar in the room was also frustrating, especially since i didn't want to pay extra for room service.
