the staff showed respect and helpfulness. rooms felt quiet, spacious, and very clean. i loved the proximity to both the central business district and nearby restaurants. the grill, located in-house, offered really good food, though it was constantly busy, and staff explained the menu in a friendly way.

i found the parking situation somewhat unclear.

The room service was not prompt. I ordered a snack one evening, it took over an hour to arrive. the gym equipment seemed not maintained adequately. One of the treadmills displayed an error message and I found it non-operational. These issues require attention.
