the staff offered prompt assistance when my travel plans changed unexpectedly.
the provided kettle functioned poorly. making decent coffee proved difficult because only instant coffee was available. this fell short of expectations for a hotel of this standard.

the staff were friendly and helpful they provided excellent local recommendations. the cleanliness was perfect the room was super clean and well maintained. its location is a huge plus being within walking distance to major attractions.
the hotel does not have air conditioning this was a shock on a hot day. the rooms only had a tiny table fan it was unbearable to be in the room during the day. at night noise came in when windows were opened.

Some areas need improvement
street noiseexcessive charge
the air CONDITIONING did not work adequately. i found that prague in the summer can be very hot. opening the windows resulted in a lot of street noise. i also thought the charge of 35 euro each day for street parking, without a private garage, seemed excessive by the hotel.
