The staff showed really good friendliness and care. I appreciated the welcome drinks and the complimentary bottle of red wine upon arrival. The option to book the wellness area for free, which accommodates up to eight people, was a highlight. Breakfast offered tasty options and variety.
The absence of air conditioning in the room did pose a slight discomfort during warmer days.

The staff were friendly enough. I guess. the breakfast buffet was there, at least.
the 'wellness access' turned out to be a major letdown, though. the jacuzzi changing room was basically a public area, so there was no privacy at all. i really wished they had a private space to change.
