solid stay, minor hiccups

fun events comfy bed great bartender sea view

the evening events were fun, i thought the food was pretty good too. the bed in my room was comfy. the bedroom cleaners provided great service. the bartenders (robin especially) in othello's were great (the drinks were strong!). they accommodated my request for a sea view and a balcony, i really appreciated that.

the hotel provides multiple bars and a nightclub, so entertainment is readily available. i saw a decent gym was on site, along with spa services and multiple pools, a plus for a longer stay.

Meal times were comfortable. late breakfast and a midnight snack were available. the hotel app was useful for planning meals. There was a good variety of dishes available. the saluna cafe was also a standout option.

indoor pool gym

it featured turkish baths, a sauna, and a steam room (everything i needed after a long day). the indoor pool was also conveniently located next to it. i liked that the gym was good.

the lifts are not very efficient. sometimes half of them were out of service.

friendly staff comfortable bedding

i found the staff very friendly! they were helpful. i had a garden view room that overlooked the children's water park area. the room was basic. it had clean comfortable bedding.

the air conditioning wasn't available as it was out of season. the fan was barely noticeable.
