The hotel's location offered convenient access to the beach.

hotel employees questioned my presence at the pool. This happened in front of other guests. The way they handled the situation was not discreet, and it detracted from the experience (I was there to relax, after all).

service issues marred the stay.

public humiliation accusatory approach

The hotel looked well kept at first. however, on our last day, three employees questioned us near the pool. they asked if we were guests and caused a scene. this felt humiliating and made us leave early, it ruined our anniversary celebration. We found their approach accusatory.

perfect location cute staff

The hotel location is perfect, right on the beach (i enjoyed morning walks). Staff members are friendly and cute, especially the owner lisa, who always makes sure everyone feels at home.

I noticed sound insulation between rooms could improve. I could sometimes hear conversations from adjacent rooms, a little distracting, especially late at night. A minor detail, but it affected overall peace.
