Balanced experience

central location breakfast offer fully booked restaurant bad cooked dishes
i found the location quite central. it's a nice feature. the breakfast offer was very good and i found a lot to choose.
the restaurant was fully booked. they should have written that before arrival with two small kids. the restaurant should be avoided, i think. dishes was badly cooked.

a haven of alpine delight!

prime location excellent staff soothing spa
the location is dreamy, nestled close to the ski fields and the heart of town. the staff greeted me with warm smiles and perfect service at every turn. my room had such a lovely view, and the pool and spa were divine after a long day on the slopes.
the music from the bar next door was a bit loud and continued until late. i found it a little difficult to sleep with my door open.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it provided a great variety of options, and the coffee machine kept the good continental breakfast topped up until the very end of service, even when i arrived late.

The staff were really good. They were great in every area of the hotel and at all hours. the rooms and the entire hotel were kept super clean and cute, always a pleasure to return to after a day of adventures.

my room provided a perfect sanctuary with its generous space and the fine views overlooking the snow capped mountains. a thoughtful welcome package was a good surprise, and the cleanliness added such a touch of elegance to the stay.
