the room was spacious. it was close enough to what i expected, i suppose.

the bar service was shockingly slow. i waited nearly twenty minutes for a simple drink. i suspect the bartender was new or perhaps overwhelmed. still, the wait felt excessive and frankly ruined the ambiance.

the hotel ski rental shop provided great convenience. all staff members were very friendly and helpful. sara provided an amazing hotel intro with a tour. plenty of options existed for lunch, dinner, apres-ski, and shopping within a few minutes walking distance.

half board option was good value. it was also convenient, with a reasonable range of meals. some items were repeated daily which was expected. we enjoyed the fresh breads, yoghurts, and the wide range of cheeses.
