the room was basic and it felt quite run down. i had to clean the bathroom upon arrival this was unacceptable. there was minimal storage space the pillow was half-sized this really bothered me.

The room was disappointing. dishes left by previous guests and an old kettle added to the unpleasantness. the lack of hot water one evening really frustrated me. The hotel didn't handle it well, offering no real solutions.

the location was decent, offering easy access to the slopes. this was particularly convenient for early morning skiing.

The room itself needed serious attention. It felt dated with worn furniture. cleanliness was a problem. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. the lack of proper maintenance, especially in a so-called 4-star place, left a bad impression. It definitely impacted the overall experience.

The location offered direct slope access, a real plus. my room was a good size and in excellent condition. i appreciated having reserved ski lockers. It really made things easier.

the bathroom had an bad smell coming from the drains. every time i used the shower, the room flooded. the ski boot lockers were inadequate for my needs.

i found the location excellent for ski access it was right on a blue slope. the bakery service was a real treat i enjoyed fresh bread every morning.

the reception staff seemed generally unhelpful when i had questions which was disappointing the lack of clear assistance was a minor inconvenience
