Amazing stay!
mountain view large television separate sinks
My superior double room had a small balcony overlooking the mountains. The room included a mini-fridge and a large television. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel offers free parking spaces within the premises.
The hotel's gym equipment seemed slightly outdated.

The spa features a sauna, a steam room, and an outdoor jacuzzi (I definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi!). There is also a heated outdoor pool open to all guests.

The staff provides recommendations and books restaurants in the area. I received a VERY warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. They were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

balcony views quality toiletries relaxing spa inattentive staff early depletion breakfast issue
The room featured a balcony. It offered nice views. High-quality toiletries were provided in the bathroom. I found the pool and spa to be relaxing after a long day.
The breakfast staff were not very attentive. They ran out of eggs quite early, at 7:45 am. I inquired if more were available, but there was no resolution. This situation was disappointing since breakfast started at 7:30 am.

Underwhelming Experience
mildew smell dirty carpet
The front desk personnel were polite.
I found significant issues. The room smelled of mildew, very unpleasant. The condition of the carpet was unacceptable. It had stains and dirt throughout.
