Convenient ski access and family friendly
easy access friendly staff takeaway pizza comfy beds
i appreciated the easy access to the slopes just across the road it was so convenient the lively bar offered a great atmosphere and friendly staff i liked the availability of takeaway pizza delivered to the bar and the proximity to ski lifts simplified our daily outings the beds were also comfy.
the hotel is quite large so the walk to our room felt long at times this was a very minor inconvenience though

the hotel featured a fitness area available for guest use i noticed they have a pool for relaxation and recreation and the kids club offered a safe and fun environment for younger guests.

the location offered direct access to the slopes simplifying ski trips the hotel's proximity to the ski area was a great advantage i saw many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

the staff were friendly and helpful the front desk managed requests efficiently i felt welcome from arrival to departure plus the staff were friendly with the children in the kids club.

super clean apartment welcome pack
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was super clean with lots of towels. the welcome pack was nice to receive and the kitchen was well equipped.
