heated pool hot-tub missing outlets coffee maker

The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The heated pool was a real highlight. I particularly enjoyed it after long days of walking. I appreciated the hot-tub near the swimming pool too.

There were not enough outlets in the room. It was difficult to charge all our electronics. I also wished there had been a coffee maker. I did miss this amenity.

clean room convenient location maintained garden small gym expensive coffee missing kettle

i appreciated the location. i found it was a quick walk to the town center. The gardens were beautifully maintained. i was happy with the cleanliness of the room.

i was disappointed there was no kettle in the room. i had to pay about 10 euro for coffee. The gym was tiny and had limited equipment. This was frustrating.

shower flood dismissive response

the hotel location was acceptable with a short walk to the city center.

the drain design in the prestige double room had a major issue. all shower water ran under the glass wall and flooded the hall and bath area. i sent management a video of the flood, but the response was dismissive and offered no real solution.
