beautiful room nearby transportation friendly staff

the room was beautiful and away from noisy areas. transportation was nearby and restaurants were all around. walking to the port was easy. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the lights in public areas were on sensors and did not come on fast enough, so i had to walk in the dark sometimes.

clean room spacious suite excellent service

the beautiful suite mezzanine was perfect for our family. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay (very kind and efficient!).

i noticed a bit of wear and tear on some of the furniture.

good location helpful staff glass door strange design

The location was really good. the tram stop to the airport was very close. the staff were always ready to assist. I appreciated their help.

The bathroom had a strange design. the toilet had little privacy with just a thin glass door. the shower was similar. I didn't like it.

fantastic hotel experience!

modern decoration open window friendly staff welcome laundry

I really liked the room decorations. They were so nice and modern. the windows opened fully! this allowed me to really enjoy the sounds and sights. staff offered restaurant recommendations. They were friendly and helpful. we also used the washer and dryer to do some laundry. This was a welcome surprise.

the lights in the hallways worked on sensors, but they didn't switch on fast enough. i sometimes had to walk in the dark.

the hotel restaurant provided rich breakfast sets and it offers simple fried eggs, a rare find in france. there are many restaurants within a 3-minute walk of the hotel, giving various dining choices.

the location is convenient and central, very close to the old part of the city and the harbor. there is a very fast connection to the airport, and the castle hill is just across the street, accessible within a 5-minute walk.

The room was clean and provided excellent facilities. It was also beautifully designed. i found the hotel easy to reach. The room was soundproofed well. i slept very comfortably in the beds and enjoyed the great rain shower.
