good location friendly staff faulty tv sick guy
the location was pretty good, right in the thick of things i suppose. the staff seemed friendly enough.
the tv in the room didn't work (imagine!), which they said was due to their tv guy being sick. they offered to move me on the last night, but i really could not be bothered with packing again. i expected some kind of discount, but i guess that's too much to ask.

excellent Stay, amazing Location
friendly reception lovely view excellent room
the valet parking was great. i found the reception staff VERY friendly. our room had a lovely view , surpassing my expectations. the room size was quite excellent, genuinely one of the best i have experienced in similar hotels.
I noticed some wear and tear. Specifically, the window carpet in our room seemed quite old and could benefit from replacement.

the hotel is perfectly positioned near the marina port hercules , this location allows for convenient access to many key attractions and local points of interest , simplifying exploration.

My room included a large jacuzzi bath with body care products such as soap and shampoo . It had a walking shower , with a relaxing experience after a long day of travel.

the roof restaurant provides fantastic views , and i found the breakfast to include a wide array of fresh pastries , alongside a good selection of fresh fruit and also hot dishes.

Standard rooms are positioned on the first floor and while they face the harbour, the views may not be as exceptional as higher floors. Can you confirm if construction work is still in progress at the hotel?

Port Palace does not have a swimming pool on-site, but there are plenty of other luxurious amenities to enjoy. What is the best way to access the hotel from Nice Airport, and is there a shuttle service available?

The hotel is about 30 km away from Nice Airport. The most economical option is the train, which is accessible via a complimentary tram. Buses and taxis are also available, but shuttles are not provided. Are luggage storage services offered for guests who arrive early?
