the location was pretty good, right in the thick of things i suppose. the staff seemed friendly enough.
the tv in the room didn't work (imagine!), which they said was due to their tv guy being sick. they offered to move me on the last night, but i really could not be bothered with packing again. i expected some kind of discount, but i guess that's too much to ask.

the valet parking was great. i found the reception staff VERY friendly. our room had a lovely view , surpassing my expectations. the room size was quite excellent, genuinely one of the best i have experienced in similar hotels.
I noticed some wear and tear. Specifically, the window carpet in our room seemed quite old and could benefit from replacement.

My room included a large jacuzzi bath with body care products such as soap and shampoo . It had a walking shower , with a relaxing experience after a long day of travel.
