Decent location. Some issues

The room was a bit of a letdown. the in-room fridge did not cool at all. there was also a loud buzzing sound, perhaps from the ac, constantly, and i mentioned it to reception, but nothing changed. No one followed up. it really impacted my sleep quality those nights.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to the tram and a bakery. The main shopping street is also easily accessible within a short walk. The breakfast offered many options I found the staff cute and always helpful. The room had a refillable water bottle which I appreciated.

Refilling my own water bottle was not appreciated I also noticed a strange smell in the lobby.

The fitness facility was convenient with modern equipment available for guest use. I noticed a sauna is available to relax with towels, clean robes, and disposable slippers. A massage chair is also available near the sauna area.

Breakfast included a buffet with many choices of products I also noted there was an option for a hot breakfast at an additional cost. The bar offered a selection of cocktails. I did not use room service .

The staff was cute and helpful, especially at the reception desk. Some staff members spoke multiple languages including Russian, this made communication easy. The staff ensured my stay was relaxing I was very pleased with the service.

The hotel is in a central area close to a tram stop for easy transportation I saw the train station within walking distance. The beach and many restaurants are also easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel is near the main shopping street.

I stayed in an executive DOUBLE room. The room was VERY clean and modern. I also LOVED the helpfulness of all staff members and thought the breakfast had MANY selections. This hotel EASILY was so great.

The air conditioning, while effective, made a SLIGHT noise.

The location is perfect. It is super close to both the airport and train station. Plus, there are plenty of AMAZING restaurants nearby. The beach is not far either, and it is only a short walk.

the location was central (it was easy to explore the area on foot). the breakfast buffet was convenient and provided a good start to the day. it included many options, even though i would have loved to see more local specialties. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations.

The soundproofing could have been better. I could hear some street noise at times (this was noticeable, but didn't significantly impact my stay).

The staff was really good, going above and beyond to assist with restaurant bookings and travel arrangements. They had rooms ready for us upon our early arrival, which I appreciated so much. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. The location is also prime. It is close to many shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The room had poor sound insulation. Noises from outside and other rooms disturbed my sleep.

The staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. My room included a Nespresso machine and a kettle. I found both to be very useful for making coffee and tea . The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly, so I slept well in my Superior Double Room.

The toilet was in a separate small room. It lacked a washbasin.
