the staff were friendly and efficient. my room had a comfortable bed and good pillows. breakfast was delicious with various choices. the location was very convenient to the ferry terminal.
the stairs carpet showed a bit of wear.

the hotel location is convenient, especially if you arrive by ferry or train. coastal paths are nearby. the railway station is also about two minutes away from the hotel with free parking.

The location was very convenient to the ferry terminal (a definite plus).
My room was right above the bar. Loud music played until late. I phoned the manager, but he didn't seem to care much about the noise, quite annoying.

The breakfast service was acceptable. It provided a reasonable start to the day.
My room faced the street. Street noise continued late into the night. the provided toiletries were limited to small, individual packets of shower gel and shampoo. There was no soap. finding a working electrical outlet near the bed proved difficult. I needed to charge my phone overnight.

the location was convenient, especially after getting off the evening ferry. staff were helpful with our late check-in. i found the breakfast to be filling and adequate.
The carpets on the landing showed stains. the fire exit wasn't clearly marked. It pointed toward our room number.
