The staff were friendly and helpful . i ate in the restaurant twice, and the food was delicious. i especially enjoyed the steak and kidney pudding. It was the best i have ever had. i would gladly return to this hotel if i am ever in the area again.
the shower in the standard twin room looked modern , but its function was not great.

The hotel staff was super friendly and efficient. i had a standard twin room and found it super clean! they gave us complimentary bottled water and hot chocolate every day. How nice! the free parking was great, especially because we had driven around the area quite a bit.
the shower pressure wasn't the best in my room, but it was still manageable!

the location proved convenient for exploring nearby cromer so it worked out ok
i found the shower consistently flooded the bathroom floor it was a nuisance every time i used it also the dated decor throughout the hotel did not enhance the experience it seemed like stepping back in time a bit too much

Really good Stay in a Serene Setting!!!

The location was ideal, very close to Cromer. The restaurant offered excellent food and beautiful garden views. Parking was plentiful. Staff members were polite and friendly.
The shower spilled water onto the floor. I needed to keep extra towels nearby.

The spacious room included everything I needed. The bedding felt very luxurious, almost cloud-like. Superb toiletries were available for use. A decent hospitality tray was also provided.

The setting was quiet with gorgeous views. Lovely outdoor areas were present, including seating in the gardens. The location was excellent for visiting Cromer and Sheringham. It was a ten-minute drive.
