Fantastic Stay with Excellent Breakfast

The bed in my room was genuinely a highlight with an comfortable mattress, a very decent duvet, and good pillows. The included breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the variety of food offered. The coffee was particularly delicious (a great way to start the day!). Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The windows are close to the adjacent building, which somewhat limits fresh air flow in the room.

The food at the bar was substandard. The pie was very hard to cut. It seemed to be a pre-made pie that had been reheated. Breakfast was average at best.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

The staff were cute and helpful. I especially liked that breakfast was cooked fresh and included locally sourced sausages and bacon. The bed was genuinely comfortable, with very decent duvet and pillows I had a wonderful night's sleep.

the room had a nice size with an en-suite bathroom. there was also a space to get ready. the check-in system was very easy. the hotel was close to parking.

I arrived on sunday and was told the bar and restaurant closed early! it was at 5 pm. the front of the hotel was locked at 5 so i used the fire door. i had to walk down an alley way with no lighting. It felt unsafe.

The room offered plenty of space and cleanliness. I noticed the good food in the restaurant. The hotel also has a very helpful staff. Jamie, the chef, assisted me greatly with storing my bike safely.
