An okay stay with some issues
rude staff member heated argument
I found one staff member to be quite rude. I asked for more water in my room (there was only one bottle), but the staff member became aggressive. This escalated into a heated argument. It really soured my stay. I hope no other guests experience this.

the breakfast was acceptable with standard offerings.
I found that the promised hairdryer in the standard double room was missing. I had to request one, a delay i found rather inconvenient and disruptive to my schedule. the lack of attention to such detail is unacceptable.

The dinner options were quite limited. The meals I had were, unfortunately, disappointing. I expected more variety and better quality.
