i found the staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious and offered good choices. my room included a fridge and fresh milk which was a lovely touch. the bed was comfy providing a relaxing night's sleep.

The breakfast menu was straightforward and comprehensive. the food tasted superb with plentiful portions. Staff ensured i got exactly what i wanted. i especially loved the flexible timing. It suited my schedule perfectly.

I found the room size quite good with all the amenities I expected. The power shower was excellent (I really needed that after a long trip!).

The cleanliness was a concern, the cups in the room were not clean. I had a blanket and sheet instead of a duvet, which wasn't great.
