Adequate stay with some disappointments

minimal fruit portion slow service

The staff were helpful. I appreciated their assistance with directions.

The included breakfast was not a good experience. The cafe next door only allowed a limited selection from the cheapest menu items. Service was slow, and the fruit portion was minimal, only a few slices of watermelon. I think it's misleading to call it an included breakfast.

In Need of Some TLC

worn towels non-closing door

The room I got was definitely showing its age. The bathroom door didn't even close properly, a real treat. the towels were worn out and had holes. I mean, come on! I suspect there were drain issues in the bathroom, or why else would they hang car air fresheners under the sink?

I appreciated the location that allowed walking around. The room included all needed amenities. The bed offered comfort, and a parking space was available. The room was in good condition.

The grout in the bathroom needed cleaning.

The staff was always helpful. They brought luggage to the room upon arrival. I received vouchers for the spa and the adjacent café. The café made up for no hotel restaurant.

quiet environment beautiful garden

The gym had three treadmills. The location is quiet, a contrast to such a busy place. Gardens at the hotel are beautiful. Breakfast occurs at a pastry shop nearby. It had many eating options.

The pool water seemed clean, but the tile grout requires serious cleaning.
