the breakfast offered excellent choices with both western and indonesian options. i found the beach club entry very fun. the base room provides good space! the shower was hot and powerful.
the wi-fi was slow. the music was loud. the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The room had many gadgets. Electrical gadgets were also easy to understand. The resort provided good cleanliness with 24-hour service.
The room was far too small for the price. I believe at USD 300 per night, the value did not match the room size. The restricted outside vehicles access created inconvenience. I had to get down before the lobby and walk in.

the room setup was minimalist and functional, i liked it. a welcome gift included cocktail makings with mixers, limes, and local spirits, along with tasty snacks! i found the pools lovely, and breakfast by the poolside was nice. the beach club bar offered good food and a nice trainee bartender.
the rooftop suite, despite being expensive, had some minor issues. coffee was not always left, and towels or cutlery were sometimes not replaced after cleaning. the lights were overly complex to operate, and graded steps into the pools were missing.

the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the main gate, a convenient feature for taxi pickups and drop-offs! there are many shops on either side of the hotel, easily accessible for browsing, even late into the evening.

the room provided a cocktail kit with ingredients! this allowed for personal mixing. evaluations suggested small rooms, but it was slightly larger than expected, providing enough space to open luggage, with sufficient storage options for clothing and personal items.
