central locationsewer smelling towelsno resting place

the hotel location was very central to everything.

the towels smelled like sewer a couple times and so did the pillows once, i think. when i told reception, they tried denying it immediately without checking it. also, my card key stopped working and the staff acted like it was my fault, but it was just a battery issue. they didn't offer anywhere to rest while they fixed it, so i sat on the floor for 40 minutes.

i was upgraded to a one-bedroom villa private pool upon arrival. the villa featured a private pool where i enjoyed relaxing swims. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service . i also found the proximity to local attractions to be a major plus.

The staff offered really good service and guidance regarding tours. The restaurant provided quality food. The chef even shared insights into Balinese specialties, starting from basic ingredients to the final plate. I appreciated the attentiveness from the reception, waitresses, and spa staff. A driver also answered many questions during our tour.

i liked my one-bedroom villa with its private pool and jacuzzi. the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious too. i found the gym had good equipment and the sauna was a good size. the staff was always polite and helpful.

i felt that the walls need some paint to look better.

The suite was big and comfortable. The hotel offer excellent service. The location is central, and near many restaurants. I also found the staff to be really kind and helpful.

The path from the lobby to some of the rooms had many steps.
