poor insulation inadequate air conditioning
The noise insulation is non-existent. I could hear everything happening on the rooftop terrace above my room. every sound was amplified, including billiard balls dropping and people talking in the hallway. sleep was almost impossible. This is a major issue for a hotel that should offer rest. the air conditioning also seemed inadequate. The room never cooled down properly, even with the unit running constantly.

noisy staff unprofessional behavior
The location was very convenient, and the showers were good.
I was really ANNOYED by the staff. They were noisy. My room was right next to their storage, and they entered at 8 am to clean some beds. They made such a noise. It was impossible to rest. This was very unprofessional.

excellent value and social vibe
great pool friendly staff free water convenient location
i found this place amazing. the pool was a great addition, especially after those hot days. the restaurant food was amazing!!! i enjoyed hanging out there because the staff were very friendly. the unlimited free water was very convenient too.

The rooftop bar had amazing views. The food and drinks were good. I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The provided security lockers for bags was a plus (felt safe leaving my belongings).
The live music at night was quite loud. The noise made it difficult to sleep before 11:30 pm. The hotel seems aware of the issue. They provided earplugs. The building has little to no sound insulation, i could hear neighbors.

great stay overall
equipped gym meticulous cleaning rooftop pool
I appreciated the well-equipped gym. It had a squat rack. this allowed me to continue my leg workouts without interruption. the staff kept the facilities meticulously clean, which i noticed every day. the rooftop pool offered amazing views.
The noise levels were a bit high. Music played late into the night. this was frustrating as i wanted to rest before an early morning trip.

The hotel is close to many local attractions. It made exploring convenient. several restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. This adds to the overall convenience. the location offered easy access to transportation options.
