Historic Stay with Excellent Service
renovated building fairyland atmosphere friendly staff
The hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated historic building, really something. the gardens surrounding the hotel provided a fairyland atmosphere, i really enjoyed exploring them. the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant. They really made a difference.
i found the bed a little too firm, it impacted my sleep quality slightly

the hotel grounds offer amazing views, allowing guests to see the surrounding landscape. it is a short bus ride to the village, convenient for exploring the local area. walking to the village is possible, about 2km downhill, but the return is challenging uphill.

historic stay!
spacious grounds friendly staff
the building was so amazing, i loved that. the grounds are spacious, i spent time in gardens. the covered terrace even had a fountain, what a treat. the staff was great, very friendly and professional!
the water pressure in the shower was low. it's not the best experience when you are tired after walking all day. they really must address it!

the breakfast buffet was rich. there are many choices of fruits and bread available. the staff during breakfast were attentive, i like that they cleared used plates fast. great job!

the staff provided super helpful information about the hotel. they assisted us with getting around. the dining staff were very nice and helpful too. our stay was very pleasant.
the mattresses were super uncomfortable. the water pressure was not enough for a nice shower. the breakfast was not worthy of the hotel or its price tag.

The hotel is set amongst spacious grounds and gardens, offering many places to relax. The covered terrace overlooked the valley below and provided a shady spot. The gorgeous cloisters offered a peaceful retreat, while the pool area presented an amazing view.
