I stayed in a superior twin room balcony. The room included L'Occitane wipes left on the pillow daily, a nice touch. Crispy clean sheets and daily towel changes were provided. Nespresso capsules were replenished each day also.

The mirror was a little too low, especially for a tall person.

The rooms were lovely, it was a GREAT stay.

The mini bar prices were a bit much. I found a bottle of water was EIGHT euros. This felt excessive, especially when tap water is perfectly drinkable. I ended up going to a local shop to buy my drinks because of it.

the hotel staff were professional and friendly. our room was gorgeous and spacious. the service started even before we arrived, with the concierge team reaching out with recommendations..

i requested tea at breakfast several times but never received it. the scrambled eggs and croissants arrived very late after multiple requests. the room supervisor seemed rude and unwilling to help..
