the spacious room offered excellent views from the balcony. i enjoyed the infinity pool. It featured many comfortable loungers. the helpful staff arranged a transfer to funchal for me.

during my visit, i observed some minor wear on the furniture. this did not significantly detract from my experience however.

this hotel is Fine. The rooms have nice designs. the garden is beautiful. The pools are good. The public spaces seem excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided really good food. Breakfast had an unusually good range of options.

the staff IS very friendly. I appreciated their help. I was there in January. Hotel provides transport to the start of some fabulous walks. The team also has an honesty policy for drinks.

the cliffside location its fine but the service didnt match. i found a general lack of attention to detail. our room wasnt very clean and the bathrooms had basic amenities.
